10-12 ounces fresh spinach
1 cup slivered almonds
1 package cooked and crumbled bacon
2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
Dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/8-1/4 purple onion
3 tbsp. vinegar
dash of salt
Combine dressing ingredients in blender and blend. Combine salad ingredients in bowl. Toss with dressing just before serving.
