Whole Wheat Pancakes

2 cups whole wheat flour
3 TB sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt (opt.)
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups milk
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs

Mix until large lumps disappear, and pour on griddle on medium-high heat (400 degrees). Cook until bubbles form and edges start to dry.
